I heard about it from my friend on the train ride to Momoyama (to play tons of awesome arcade games with some friends to celebrate me and my other friend's birthday I was really excited) and I was first shocked and then I couldn't stop my overwhelming sadness. I was literally crying. I never thought I had that much love for a celebrity, but I really do. Just the night before I was singing his songs at karaoke.

I had always loved him and his music growing up.

It's sad how misunderstood he was... about his skin disorder and his plastic surgeries. Because of past injuries, he became grew self conscious about his appearance. Maybe he did go a bit overboard, but who doesn't care about the way they look to others, at least a little? I cant imagine the overwhelming pressure of a celebrity to look good. I would probably have surgery again too if I broke my nose and had it fixed but unable to breathe well.

I don't think his love for children is strange either. I personally would prefer kids too. He's donate god knows how much money to all sorts of charities children, awareness, and disaster reliefs. (Though, yes, his current debt is quite unbelievable too). I'm sad for him that he didn't get to play Peter Pan for a movie deal because of the scandal. I think it was good for him to cover his kid's faces in public because now people can leave them alone and they can live somewhat normally.

It sucks that mega celebrities just get no peace ever and that drive anyone insane and when they do go nuts people find it amusing as though it were a drama or sitcom because celebrities just dont seem real to us. But they are. And it's sad. And I'm sad Michael is gone.
